Systems Integration with Dynamics 365
Connected systems eliminate manual data entry, reduce errors, and give you one source of truth. We integrate Dynamics 365 with your ecommerce, banking, warehouse, CRM, and manufacturing systems so data flows automatically.
Disconnected systems cost you more than you think
Every time someone manually re enters data from one system into another, you are paying for their time, accepting the risk of errors, and creating delays in your information flow. Integration solves this permanently.
Eliminate double handling
Orders, invoices, payments, and inventory updates flow between systems automatically. Your team stops spending hours on data entry and starts spending time on work that matters.
Real time accuracy
When a sale happens online, inventory updates in Business Central immediately. When a payment clears the bank, it matches against the invoice automatically. No lag, no discrepancies.
Single source of truth
Stop arguing about which system has the correct number. Integration means data is entered once and shared everywhere. Everyone in the business works from the same information.
Systems we connect to Dynamics 365
We integrate Dynamics 365 with any system that can share data. These are the most common integration patterns we deliver for Australian businesses.
ERP and Accounting
Connect Dynamics 365 Business Central with other financial systems, consolidation platforms, and reporting tools. Multi entity, multi currency, and intercompany transactions handled natively.
eCommerce
Real time synchronisation of products, pricing, inventory, orders, and customers between your online store and Dynamics 365. Orders flow in, inventory updates flow out.
Warehouse and Logistics
Connect warehouse management systems and freight providers to Dynamics 365. Pick, pack, and ship workflows that update inventory and tracking in real time.
Banking and Payments
Automated bank feeds, payment processing, and reconciliation. Transactions flow directly from your banking platform into Dynamics 365 for matching and posting.
CRM and Sales
Connect Dynamics 365 Sales or third party CRM platforms with your ERP. Customer data, orders, quotes, and communication history synchronised across systems.
IoT and Manufacturing
Connect production equipment, sensors, and monitoring systems to Dynamics 365. Real time production data, quality measurements, and equipment status feeding directly into your ERP.
Our integration approach
Map and Design
We map the data flows between your systems, identify transformation requirements, and design the integration architecture. You see exactly how data will move before we build anything.
Build and Test
We build the integration using API connections, middleware, or custom connectors depending on the use case. Every integration is tested with real data in a sandbox environment before going live.
Monitor and Support
After go live, we monitor the integration for errors and performance issues. Our support plans cover ongoing maintenance so when connected systems update or your requirements change, the integration adapts.
Services that work alongside integration
Connectors and standards that matter for AU businesses
Integration projects for Australian businesses run into specific connectors, standards, and regulatory regimes that international vendors often handle poorly. We build integrations that respect the AU data, payments, and identity context as primary considerations not afterthoughts.
New Payments Platform and PayID
The Australian New Payments Platform handles real time account to account payments with PayID addressing. NPP integration into ERP and finance workflows enables faster customer payments and outbound supplier disbursement. Direct integration with major AU banks (CBA, NAB, ANZ, Westpac) is standard requirements not nice to have.
MYOB and Xero AU connectors
Most AU mid market businesses arrive into Microsoft platforms from MYOB AccountRight, MYOB Business, or Xero AU. We migrate live financial data and customer master records between these systems and Business Central or Dynamics 365 without disrupting BAS lodgement cadence.
Consumer Data Right
The Consumer Data Right framework gives Australian consumers and businesses the right to data portability across banking, energy, and (progressively) other sectors. CDR API integration enables consented customer data flows that are AU specific. Compliance with CDR data standards is mandatory where in scope.
SBR and government APIs
Standard Business Reporting connects business systems directly to the ATO, ASIC, and other Commonwealth agencies for BAS, FBT, TFN declarations, and company filings. SBR integration removes the manual lodgement step entirely. The protocol uses ebMS3 messaging which most generic iPaaS tools do not handle natively.
AusPost and StarTrack
Australian shipping and parcel logistics is concentrated through Australia Post (AusPost retail) and StarTrack (B2B premium). API integration with both services for label generation, tracking, and consignment management is standard for AU ecommerce, B2B distribution, and F&B distribution operations.
Employment Hero and AU payroll
AU payroll often runs on Employment Hero, KeyPay, or specialist providers rather than the global HCM platforms. Integration with these tools for STP Phase 2 reporting, superannuation, and award interpretation is part of any AU implementation that includes a payroll module.
Common questions about systems integration
What systems can you integrate with Dynamics 365?
We integrate Dynamics 365 with virtually any system that has an API or can export data. Common integrations include Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Cin7, CartonCloud, Starshipit, ANZ, CBA, NAB, Westpac banking platforms, Xero, MYOB, and custom built applications. If your system can share data, we can connect it.
How long does a typical integration project take?
Simple point to point integrations can be completed in 2 to 4 weeks. Complex multi system integrations with middleware and data transformation typically take 4 to 8 weeks. We scope every integration project individually and provide a fixed price before work begins.
Do you use middleware or direct API connections?
It depends on the use case. For simple two system integrations, direct API connections are often the best approach. For complex scenarios involving multiple systems, data transformation, or orchestration, we use middleware platforms like Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate to manage the data flow.
What happens if one of our connected systems changes?
Well designed integrations are built to handle change. We use versioned APIs, error handling, and monitoring so that when a connected system updates, the integration either adapts automatically or alerts us to make adjustments. Our support plans cover integration maintenance.
Can you integrate legacy systems that do not have modern APIs?
Yes. We have experience connecting to legacy systems through file based integration (CSV, XML, flat files), database level integration, and custom adapters. If your system can output data in any format, we can build a connector for it.
