How often does the data refresh?

What are default tables?
Default tables are a pre-configured set of commonly monitored Business Central tables such as G/L Entries, Customer Ledger Entries, Item Ledger Entries, and other high volume tables. This saves you from having to configure which tables to track from scratch.
