Out of the box, Business Central only allows a single report attachment per email. Elevate Attachments removes this limitation by letting you bundle extra report layouts and uploaded files into reusable Attachment Groups. It also includes Attachment Generation for dynamically creating data driven file attachments from any table.

Send standalone emails with any Attachment Group's contents at any time from the Customer List, Customer Card, or Vendor List.

There is no fixed limit. You can add as many report layouts, file attachments, and generated attachments as you need to an Attachment Group.

What file formats can Attachment Generation produce?

Can I use different attachment groups for different customers?

Yes. Attachment Group Codes can be assigned at the customer or vendor level, so each customer or vendor can receive different additional attachments.

Can I send attachments outside of a document workflow?

Yes. The Send Email with Attachments action on the Customer List, Customer Card, and Vendor List pages lets you send emails with any Attachment Group's contents at any time.
